Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful purchase, the activation key, URL, or related files for your digital product will be automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, please verify your requirements before purchasing. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Activation Key Products：Activation keys generated by our platform are refundable within 48 hours of dispatch if they remain unactivated. Otherwise, once a key has been sent, it is not eligible for a refund. If you encounter technical issues activating the key, please contact us.
• Downloadable Products：Once the download link is provided, the product is non-refundable.
• Proxy Purchase Products：Once the account password, serial number, or gift link is sent, it is non-refundable.
• Donations：Donations are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.
• Transaction Fees：Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee (minimum NT$30).
