Welcome to 'Mirukuneko's Site' (the 'Site'). These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the Site and its users. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Account & Usage Policy

By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms:

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to register. Your email must be authentic and verified for account activation.
• Account Conduct: Accounts involved in abuse, impersonation, harassment, or illegal content are prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts without notice for violations.
• Responsibility: Users are responsible for safeguarding their passwords. Any action performed via a logged-in account is deemed the action of the user.
• Security: We use Cloudflare Turnstile. Automated scripts or malicious crawling intended to disrupt the Site are strictly forbidden.

Intellectual Property & Conduct

All content on this Site (code, design, text, images) is the property of the Site. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited. Community interactions must remain respectful; hate speech and spam are banned.

Transactions & Payments

We integrate with ECPay, PayPal, and NowPayments. All transactions and fee structures are subject to the specific terms of these payment processors.

Digital Product Delivery

Digital products (keys, download links, proxy services) are intangible and irreversible. Delivery is completed once the information is sent to your registered email. Ensure your email is functioning and hasn't blacklisted our domain.

Refund & Post-Sale Policy

Following applicable consumer protection rules, digital content that has been delivered is generally not eligible for the statutory 7-day cooling-off period. Physical goods and proxy services are handled as described below. Please review the category-specific rules before purchasing.

• Software Keys: If a software serial has not yet been activated, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase; requests are evaluated case by case and may incur a handling fee. Once a serial is confirmed as activated or used in our system, it is non-refundable.
• Downloadable Products: Once a download link or file has been delivered, refunds are not normally provided unless the file is demonstrably corrupted or unusable and cannot be remedied.
• Proxy Services: Proxy orders may be cancelled and refunded prior to execution. After the proxy action has been completed (for example, an item has been purchased or a transfer has been made), refunds are subject to the policies of the third-party vendor and generally are not available.
• Physical Products: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund (less any applicable handling fee) prior to shipment. If an item has already shipped and is defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for evaluation; verified defects will be eligible for exchange or refund. Non-defect returns are at the buyer's expense (round-trip shipping + handling fee). Items returned to sender due to unclaimed convenience store pickup will be refunded after deducting actual shipping costs and handling fees.
• Donations: Donations are voluntary support and are non-refundable.
• Processing Fee: Approved refunds will be subject to a processing fee (default: 10% of refunded amount, minimum NT$30). Any exceptions or adjustments will be communicated during the refund review.
